Does single makes life a lot easier and happier than when you are married? According to what my bloody damn ‘bf’, Married=Locked, you will not know when your spouse will cheat on you, whether he is a gain or an asshole. But, I can’t help disagreeing. I mean, single=lonely. Coming home, finding you are alone(unless you decided to stay with naggy mother) and no one to comfort yourself(by this, I don’t mean sex) is indeed sad.
Ok, so…why smart people stay single? My answer, because men are generally playful and not ready to settle up whereas us, smart girls are the artsy, ‘be-serious’ kind.
- Single means you have the time to grow and be the person you want to be. [There is one bloody hubby who want his wife to be slim and would not accept the fact that she is plump. That's a disgrace!]
- Single gives you space to grow. It is harder to grow when you are too close to someone.
- Single means learning to live by yourself.(and do whatever I want!)
- Single means freedom.[no more stupid sex]
- Single means learning not to need a man/woman to make your life meaningful.[who needs them?]
- Single is realizing that being married is not necessarily better.
- Single means that there could be something wonderful around the corner and you can take advantage of it.
- Single means you are free to love again.
- Single means you have more time to care for other people.
P/S: That’s a message to Sienna Miller and Madonna{who cares about Guy Ritchie}. LOL.
